A workplace that is inclusive is one that provides an environment in which employees feel valued and respected.

An inclusive workplace is one in which discrimination and inappropriate behaviours are better understood and this reduces the likelihood of these issues arising.

Having a workplace that is inclusive helps to promote a more positive and often relaxed atmosphere in which employees are more able to be productive and contented in their work.
