Ethical Awareness

Being able to recognise the ethical implications of your thoughts or actions. This involves the ability to reflect on actions and decisions, considering differing perspectives and timescales, to form a judgement which is equitable, fair, morally defensible and being the right thing to do, making amendments and adjustments, as well as a change of direction, if this is not the case. This can help in an individual being seen as trustworthy and honest, which is a valuable benefit for an employer.
