Personal Power

This is something that stays with an individual and which grows over time. This is in contrast with positional power which changes with a job role.

This might also be termed as influencing or informal power because it reflects the combination of an individual’s confidence, empathy, experience, knowledge, personality, professionalism, skills, communication ability, and other personal skills which can encourage, motivate and influence others.
