Safe Working Area

An area that has been designated as safe to work in.

An area might be as simple as that within a cordon dividing a working area with that of a non-working area.

It might also be referred to as a Safe Working Zone, although the latter may also be interpreted as having a more restrictive approach to preventing unauthorised access.
