To Do List

A simple time management technique whereby a list of tasks, which might just consist of a key word at times, is written down for what needs to be completed. The list is then prioritised, which might be done using another technique such as the Eisenhower Matrix or ABC Method. As the tasks are completed this are then ticked off or struck through.
This is a handy technique to rapidly pull together an action list together. It can then act as a catalyst to develop a more detailed action plan where some of the tasks require considerable inputs, especially where several people are required to be involved.
