4.3.11 Soil acidifiers / soil conditioners
Application time can often depend on the soil moisture content, with it not being too dry for the product to work effectively. September to April might therefore be suitable for many products, but always check the manufacturer’s instructions.
Sulphur mini-prills also provide the essential major nutrient Sulphur (obviously) which might be applied at any time of the year (subject to ground and weather conditions), besides lowering soil pH.
