Making connections

Module overview

Previous modules identified football pitch features and performance standards, maintenance activities and material use.

This module provides insights into understanding the connections between the pitch performance standards, maintenance activities and materials so as to produce the desired pitch quality.

There is a lot to cover, even for an introductory course, but this module helps to pull together your learning from the previous modules to help provide you with a sound basis for applying groundskeeping skills. This will significantly help in developing the foundation for the creation of a maintenance work plan which is explored in Module 8.

It is estimated at 3-hours.
