Mo Bacter

An organic mineral fertiliser with an (N:P:K) analysis of 5:5:20, having a longevity of release of up to 3-months. It also contains bacteria which might help in the breakdown of thatch and might prevent the formation of new moss growth. A typical application rate is 100 ¯ 150 g/m². It is supplied by Viano.
Multigreen

A range of controlled release prilled fertilisers, with a 2-3.5mm diameter for 90% of the particles, derived from potassium nitrate, for use on turf surfaces mown at heights greater than 10mm. The release period is dependent upon temperature only, with 6°C being the temperature at which nutrients are released form the polymer coat and is over a period of 6 - 7 months.
Multigreen Mini

A range of controlled release mini-prilled fertilisers, with a 0.7-2mm diameter for 90% of the particles, for use on fine turf surfaces. The release period is dependent upon temperature only and is over a period of 5 - 6 months.
Multiverdo

This is a potassium nitrate inorganic fertiliser, with an analysis of 13:0:46. It is supplied as a micro-prill, which makes it suitable for use on fine turf surfaces. It has a typical release period over 6 - 8 weeks. This fertiliser is marketed by Headland Amenity.
Mycogro Fertilisers

A range of micro granular fertilisers with a typical particle size of 1mm-2mm diameter. They provide from 5% to 20% Nitrogen, as well as other nutrients, as well as mycorrhizal fungi, rhizobacteria, and carbon biostimulants, including molasses and seaweed meal, depending upon the actual product. Some of the nitrogen may be organic slow release or synthetic controlled release. A typical application rate ranges from 25g-75g per m2, depending upon the product. These are produced by Symbio.
NK Special 31-0-26

A gel concentrate fertiliser: (31-0-26 weight to volume, i.e. 315g/L of N; 260 g/L of K2O) providing 22-0-18% (W/W), + 1.7% MgO (24g/L), + 3.5% SO3 (50g/L). Nitrogen and Potassium sources from Ammonium nitrate and Potassium nitrate. Designed for use on high sand content surfaces. Application rate is suggested as from 10L to 50L per hectare, mixed with a minimum water ratio of 1 (of concentrate): 12 (of water). Produced by Aquatrols (Europe Ltd).
NMAXX

A range of liquid fertilisers that contain urease inhibitors providing for a typical fertiliser release over 5 weeks. This range is part of the Velvit brand that is supplied by Greenbest.

NovaTec

A range of granular (plus one liquid N) NPK fertilisers with added nitrification inhibitor DMPP (3,4-dimethylpyrazolphosphate) which helps to reduce leaching. The granules are 2-4mm in diameter, averaging 3.2mm (except where indicated below). The conversion of ammonium to nitrate is delayed during the active phase of DMPP, which is typically 4 to 10 weeks following application (depending on the soil temperature and soil humidity). These are produced by Compo Expert.
