4.3.4 Line marking / paint material
This is required during the entire playing season and for pre-season training and warm-up matches. Basically, line marking is required anytime a pitch is needed for a game.
The painting of goal posts and cross bars etc. would typically be carried out in the period from renovation to setting up for pre-season training and games, so primarily from mid-May to July.
